Founder and President of The Long View Group, is committed to utilizing her 35 years of corporate experience in finance and strategy to inform and empower individuals and organizations. Ms. Walker, who holds an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, has worked for Fortune 500 firms and in an entrepreneurial environment. She has held several leadership roles holding titles of Controller, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

Ms. Walker’s experience is enhanced by her global perspective, having conducted business in 30 countries in North and South America, Asia, Europe and Africa. Ms. Walker has extensive experience in Washington D.C. in the Public Policy arena. As a result of her experience and effectiveness, she has been invited to Washington for several important policy discussions including Clinton Healthcare Proposal in 1993, and Economic Rebuilding of Iraq (Chaired by Former Secretary of State, Madeline Albright in 2003).During this time Ms. Walker has continuously provided meaningful counsel to many small businesses and non-profits. She has also served as a mentor to many. Today she is a member of several advisory boards including the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, University of Southern Indiana and Indiana Commission of Women.

Ms. Walker takes a no-nonsense, full responsibility approach. The focus is on becoming informed and empowered. She prefers to avoid “cookie-cutter” solutions and encourages her clients to seek solid, proactive, break-through thinking that will sustain them over the long term. Ms. Walker encourages all of us to “Take The Long View” for better results!
